Guidelines

General Golf Rules 

1.    The golf course may not be used for any recreational purpose except golf.

2.    Children under the age of six (6) will not be allowed on the golf course or in a golf cart.  All children between the age of six (6) and twelve (12) must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

3.    Pull carts are not permitted.

Inclement Weather

4.    Players are solely responsible and liable for any accidents that may occur as a result of their not having left the course during poor weather conditions.

Slow Play

5.    Foursomes control the speed of play.  Fivesomes need to get prior approval of Golf Shop personnel.

Golf Tee Times

6.    The staff will assign the starting time depending on availability. Players late for their starting time will lose their right to the starting time and shall begin play only at the discretion of the starter.

Cancellations

7.    Please notify the Golf Shop of any cancellations within 24 hours or to allow another group to take advantage of the open time.

8.    Players who fail to cancel their starting time 24 hours prior to their scheduled starting time may be charged a no-show fee established by the Club

Practice Range  
 

9.    At times, to be posted in the Golf Shop, the practice range will be closed for general maintenance.

10.    Range balls are for use on the practice range only

11.    Children less than sixteen (12) years of age must always be accompanied by one of their parents or by an adult.

12.    Balls must be hit from designated areas only.

13.    Proper golf attire is preferred on the practice range and golf course.

Golf Cart Rules

14.      Members and guests using a golf cart will be held fully responsible for any and all damages.

15.    Golf carts may only be used on the golf course when the golf course is open for play.  Golf carts are not to be driven to residences or used off the golf course or in parking lot at any time.

16.    The use of golf carts is reserved for adults over the age of 16. 

17.     Obey all cart directional signs

Golf Course Etiquette

18.    Repair your ball marks on the greens, rake bunkers and use sand bottles to fill divots.  Remind your playing partners to observe this courtesy. 

Food & Beverage on the Course

19.    Member, their guests or other persons can NOT bring coolers, food or beverage products onto the golf course.   

Alcoholic Beverages

20.    Only alcohol sold at the Legends golf course can be consumed at the Legends Golf Course. 

CLUB CHARGES AND MEMBER PAYMENTS

1.    A member's account must have a credit card attached for all charges that will be closed out at the end of each day of business.  Any charges due at the first of the month will be billed to this account unless cash or check is received before the first.

2.    It is the responsibility of each member to retain receipts for charges incurred at Legends Golf Club.

3.    A member is financially responsible for replacement of a bag tag, a service charge can be billed to the member's account. 

SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

a.    Exhibits unsatisfactory behavior, language, appearance or acts in any other manner determined to not be in the best interest of Legends Golf Club its members, other customers or guests.

b.    Fails to pay the membership fee or dues, fees, charges or any other amount owed to the Club in a proper and timely manner.

c.    Fails to abide by the rules and regulations set by the Legends Golf Course Inc.

d.    Treats the personnel or employees of the Club in an unreasonable or abusive manner.
